EXPERIENCE WE CAN OFFER THEM AT THE STUDIO!
*Preschool Tumbling & Fit Kids Club*
* Preschool tumbling & movement class will begin the week of September 10th. The 45 minute class will run the length of the school year. Friday mornings at 10am.
* Fit Kids Club Workshops*
Learn the importance of fitness & nutrition in a "kid friendly" format.
Apply it to daily lifestyles through a variety of equipment,
exercises & activities.
Sessions, times & activities will vary with each season.
The first session will begin later in the fall.

DANCE BASED WORKOUT/TECHNIQUE
SESSIONS WILL BE ADDED ONCE
REGISTRATIONS ARE COMPLETED!
ALSO COMING THIS FALL...
DANCE BASED WORKOUTS & CLASSES FOR ADULTS!
THESE WILL RUN IN 4-6 WEEK SESSIONS & WORKSHOPS.
THEY WILL BE ADDED TO THE SCHEDULE ONCE THE YOUTH
PROGRAM GETS UNDERWAY!
