Amazing way to start your day and stretch out your muscles! Yoga & Pilates fused with traditional stretches to rejuvenate your body.
Traditional Pilates mat work combined with the Pilates chair. Strengthen from the inside out, focusing on your core and total body alignment. Excellent cross training to compliment your other activities!
STRENGTH & CARDIO - SCULPT & STRETCH
These classes will combine cardio with a focus on lengthening & stretching your muscles with the use of bands, weighted bars and other small equipment. Focus will also be on maintaining and improving balance. Warm up & cool down included! You’ll have FUN & your body will thank you for these workouts!
High intensity interval training provides a great workout to burn fat, improve endurance, and build strength. Alternating short bursts of high intensity moves with low intensity moves, this workout is modifiable for all levels. Your only competition is YOU!
The ultimate strength training workout! Improve bone density, lean muscle mass and cardio capacity. A variety of weights and equipment are used to keep your muscles and mind working!
Walk in Rate - $12 ($8 with an active gym membership)
Monthly Rates - $120 per 4 week session
*includes admission to all scheduled classes (can not be prorated)

We provide the equipment & fun, safe classes with certified instructors!
